Tyler Jones is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology, insurance, and customer experience. As the Chief Marketing Officer at Duck Creek Technologies, Tyler brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in driving growth and innovation.
Before joining Duck Creek Technologies, Tyler served as the Chief Marketing Officer at CLARA Analytics, where they led growth initiatives and commercial partnership programs that drove the adoption of AI-powered solutions. These solutions successfully addressed significant challenges in the insurance industry, including rising litigation, fraud, and the pending retirement cliff.
Tyler’s career also includes pivotal roles at Kaiser Permanente and AIG. At Kaiser Permanente, they spearheaded a $250 million multiyear overhaul of the revenue cycle and consumer medical billing systems. As the Global Head of Data Strategy at AIG, Tyler focused on leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and enhance customer experiences.
Tyler holds an undergraduate degree in marketing from the University of Utah and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
